NSBA and the National Affiliation of Superintendent Searchers (NASS) are collaborating to:
- Provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of processes and products unique to state and national school board association superintendent/CEO searchers.
- Provide a national network of superintendent/CEO search personnel for the purpose of mutual assistance.
- Provide a professional organization and professional identity for school board association superintendent/CEO search personnel.
